Consultation

Intial consultations take place via Google Meets, Zoom, or phone. We will discuss your current situation and collaborate to create a clear plan of next steps with as much support as you need to feel confident.

IEP / 504 Meetings Advocacy

These meetings can be overwhelming. With this option, I attend the meeting as your advocate, supporting you in implementing the plan and will ask clarifying questions along the way. My approach is firm, yet collaborative.

Document review

I will review any documentation from consents to Evaluation Reports and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and support you in understanding the findings.

Communications and drafting

I will work with you to prepare communcations with teachers and adminstrators that are clear and firm on your expectations and child’s needs.

Early Intervention Supports / Services

I will support you in identifying next steps in obtaining and getting the most from the services your child qualifies for through EI or Private OT, PT, Speech and ABA services.

School Observations and Referrals

I will observe your unique learner in the classroom setting illustrating a clear picture of current performance, behaviors and accomodations.

Tutoring

1:1 Tutoring sessions pre-k - Second grade

focusing on school readiness, early literacy skills, number sense and redirection for learners who need a bit more support.

Playgroup

Drop-in playgroups run by a special education teacher for toddlers and preschoolers. meeting families where they are to support the integration into public school. Caregiver to remain with child during group.

MOndays 9:oo-11:00 am

Wednesdays 1:00-3:00 PM

Play Skills

Come on over and learn some fun, new interactive games to support your child’s unique development in a hands on way.
